Nurgle Siege Worm
Proxy Maulerfiend. Made with a Mashaaf mini from reaper, 3D printed pieces(front drill, plasma core, rear drill), various hardware (guitare cord, brass tube, wires, airsoft bbs for the eyes) and Hama beads for the mechadendrites.
