I think there is more here than what your picture shows. Definately read up from the Articles section on ways to improve your photos.
You look like you worked all the basics, color covereage, baseing, and so on, but it looks like you also tried doing some shading with inks. Purple was not a good choice for this one the lower body. Also, with a lack or blending (an advanced technique) it stands out badly even more.
Work to perfect more of your basics, especially washes and highlighting, then photo quality and I think after that you'll see more the rating you hope. Even more importantly, from there you can work on advanced techniques and develop some fantastic figs. Keep it up.
