his is a wonderful older Freebooter miniature on the ams size compared to "heroic" scale minis not quite gnome short. maybe short elf short? the base helps a bit fancy dress that has a nice iridescent sheen irl the face: I was aiming for half of it to look like a bog body. used a very matte finish on that part. same with the hair. that odd reddish tone some of the bodies have.
