I am not familiar with the LOTR line, but I am going to assume that this is not a conversion and that you did not sculpt it. I think the mini is not a bad start, but really, this looks like what should be the first of about 6 or 7 layers of color. These are great base colors for what you have. The deep orange copper is great for a weathered armour. I'd use the same color, but little by little add burnished gold. For the actual ghost I'd slowly add ice blue, or space wolves gray, or even white, and slowly build up the highlights here. Basically I think your colors are too flat. Also, I'd recommend thinning your paints out.
