They look pretty good for a regiment, but sorta blah as far as color goes. If you don't wanna modify the paint job, might wanna touch up the base, some static grass, colored/painted flock and gravel might do the trick.

The champ looks like it might be a conversion of the Mordheim pit fighter. Nice work... looks like it could use a little colour here and there though.
