You've got the start of a nice figure here. Thing is everything just seems to be blending together. You're colors are all about the same, and you're losing most of the figure to that. I think if your changed the hair and other such patches to black and highlighted you'd get a much more satisfying look out of the mini. You should try to work your bone up in a succession from bestial brown - snakebite leather - bleached bone - and finally a small highlight of white on the most raised surfaces. This will give all the white areas a whole lot more deapth. The skin could also do for another highlight. It's also got a gloss sheen to it, maybe spray em down with some matt varnish to get rid of that. Hope this helps and doesn't discourage!
You've got a good solid figure here and adiquite photography. You have shown you know the basics, but now you can try something new. Lets see more color varients, more shading and washing and DEFINATELY more highlighting. You have some, but it is either too subtle or lost in the photo. Work toward blending, there are some great articles on CMoN to guide you.
Also, consider contrasting backgrounds for your photos, this one would be helped by using a mid or light blue background instead of one that is almost the same color as the figure itself. Good job, show us what you do next.
