"Raven-97 in Pursuit" Arbites Surviellence Aircraft w/ Sniper. The VTOL is envisaged to provide airbourne support and command and control for officers on the ground. This can be visual or electronic surveillance, pursuits or land and air vehicles, and fire support from onboard snipers. Added Scenic terrain for the Arbites Flyer. I like my scenic pieces to have depth and story to them.
