Not a bad start...my main comment is it looks like your paint is too thick. Also, I would hit it withsome deailing around the head, especially on the "earings". Pain the spirit stones, and I found that a Yellow then Orange wash really brings out the gaps in the armour and makes him look like he is steaming.;
