This miniature exhibits mould lines, poor paint coverage, no attempt at highlighting or shading and lack of detail. Also, it's not based - this always strikes me as bizarre when such a simple thing as a bit of static flock makes a miniature look much much better! Your saving grace here is the relatively neat areas of colour, but basically this model could be a lot better with some very simple steps!
It looks like your red could use at least one more thin coat, you can still see some black through it, it also needs to be highlighted up. The other issue I see is that you need to spend more time cleaning the model before you paint... I see quite a few mold lines.
