Well as far as the "dull" comment goes... well.... they're freaking russians! Of course it's -dull-. Jeeze... actually it's my first Warmachine mini. ^_^;
Although you paint neatly, which most people have trouble doing, the colour scheme for this mini is a little dull/uninspired. it's also a little flat too, with little definition or apparent highlighting/shading. The metal looks too new as well.
Otherwise, a reasonable effort.
