If i am not mistaken, that is Orion's body, head and left arm with the skaven vermin lords legs and spear, Eldar Avatar right forearm and sword and the empire war Griffon wings? Nice conversion, i particularly like the multiple wings!
Darn thats a cool one ! Lets see......You have used Bloodthirser(legs)...... Avatar(sword).....Lord of change (wings)...hmm I cant recall where I´ve seen that torso and that nasty looking spear...thingie. Goooood colours and details. Yup, deserves a 100 but I can give only 10.
