Griffon Thallion - GT XIX
Did this a while ago, and since Glyn posted it under the Golden Toadstool winners account I never bothered :D But recently I decided I should get at least a few pics up with the backside of the model showing... even though it's not as impressive as the front. Minimalistic sure, but it gets the job done :) Had a lot of fun on this figure, tried out some new things which worked well for me. Still tempted to try out some more advanced NMM sooner or later, but for the moment I'm liking playing around with real metallics and I'm buried in gaming figs that need doing before tournament season this fall anyway :) You can see the big article on how I painted him up on my site Ravenspire, in the Projects section.
