thats some proper blending on the axe. But the rest of the mini is pulling down, especially the skin.

im not gonna take off any points for there being no skin cus frankly alot of GW stuff has a skinless skull with hair. i have never seen this fig close up so im not gonna call this a conversion (since i dont know what the original looks like) it looks like the GW one though
