Your paint looks nice and smooth, so you aren't applying it too thick. That's good. Just need a bit of definition here. For example, drybrushing the cloak with a lighter color would accentuate the shadows. Looks like there might be some highligting on the cloak, but just not quite enough.
Take the color you used for the hair, add a golden brown, and highlight the hair. It would look a lot better. Washing the face with a dark ink would also help.
