Good tabletop quality.
The base looks unfinished/unpainted. That large pile of black stuff needs some definition/paint.
Add a little grass or gravel/sand to the base.
Blending is no harder than the yellow/green fade you did on the mace/staff wings. Just do it with a dark/medium and light red on his wings and cloak.
Those 2 things will bring you up at least 2 points.
OK, hi!! a few things about this one.
1: the red looks a little too flat. Try highlighting it on the wings and bolter like you did on the part where the wings attach to the sholders (I.e up in to orange).
2:The black also looks flat for the most part, you have tryed to shade it in places but try using a darker grey.
3:I like the green.
4:the metals are too bright and therefor too flat. try Inking them (with wartered down black inc) and then highlight them.
5: the base needs to be finshed, It could look good... but at the moment it looks like a pile of black.
