chaos v empire winter diorama
the idea of the diorama is that a empire lord is out hawking along with his trusted champion when they are surprised by two chaos warhounds in the grounds of an old empire house. the champion struggles to hold the rearing steed, whilst the rottweiler attacks the cahos warhounds the snow is modelling snow in various depths to give impression of thawing snow with icy patches and icecles made from modelling water, the ruins is hand made from bulsa modelling clay and various mordheim bits the empire lord is mostly archaon with green stuff added on the cloack and horse etc, the hawk is off an old elf figure and painted in the colours of a merlin hawk, hope you like the idea and yes i'm not the greatest painter, i am a middle aged dad of three who steals his sons paints and bits box when he's not looking!!!
