Nice guys really so just two comments - do the writing on the seals in black\brown instead of blue( it´s hardly visible) and glue the guys onto the base BEFORE adding the sand - this way they won´t be floating like the guy on the right
The missle launcher guy looks like he is floating. Chapter Insignia and unit designation would add a lot of needed character to these guys. Your reds look a little flat though that could be the pic. It looks like these guys are drybrushed, this is great for speed and full armies but to really improve the overal look of your minis you need to move into blending or layering.
