You've got all the basic elements of a good mini in here, and that's great. You've dark-lined to represent shadows, you've got interesting color choice and combinations, and moreover, the colors look appropriate for the objects they cover. Particularly nice is the use of red and green---this often makes a mini look "christmas-ish", but yours doesn't, perhaps because they're spread out. Still, since they're complementary, the eye really jumps between the two. It appears that your paints aren't thinned enough; you can get a much smoother result if the paint is thinned, as many tutorials on this site and others recommend. There's also quite a bit of "bleed-over"---that is, your colors slop in a few places into other parts of the mini that shouldn't be that color. More highlighting of the bears and hair would work very well. You should also highlight metallics, since you can't depend on the light the mini is sitting under to create your shiny parts and shadows, especially when photographing your end result. You've made a great effort and are well on your way to having first-class results.
It looks pretty good. But i think you need to do some more shades on his beard and hair. Shade it a little more with some black or darker brown and it will look more realistic i think. His armour could do with some more shading also. Give it some shading with black ink or something like that :)
