Actually, the pants are tan, the skin has more pink/red in it. Maybe if the pants color was by itself it could be used as skin color. It wouldn't be a good skin color though. His hair looks funny, and the gun is not as shaded/highlighted as the rest of him, but beyond that this is an awesome figure.
Very nice paint job, the only thing that troubles me is that his legs look like pants but are painted like skin. Aside from that, very nice color selection and some interesting skin tone blending.
