This is the coolest Scout/Neo model... You have done a good job over all but I think you could maybe improve his eyes a bit since he looks a bit staring (afraid even) Painting the sight lens and drilling a hole in the gun would probably raise the scores. The color scheme is the best!
The guy looks like he's going to turn his armor brown in a second if you catch my drift. :-D Looks pretty good. Needs highlighting and the gun is a bit blochy. Otherwise your doing good.:) gj
