Blood Angels Commander Dante.

I painted this miniature at the time he was released, about 8-9 years ago. I've put this miniature on 'coz as far as I know, its the only time GW encouraged the NMM technique. I used all GW paints and inks, highlights were painted on, and then washed over with ink, ad infinitum ad nauseam. Very time consuming, but worth it, I thought at the time.

I assume that you mean the face, which is, as every GW fan should know, The Death Mask of Sanguinius. The most sacred relic of the Blood Angels!

I haven't personally seen this model but it appears that there are flesh areas and armor areas, there is no transition or separation. It is just one color.
