Witchhunter Crusader (wip)

This is the first model of my upcoming Witchhunter retinue. The quality of the metal is dreadful, shame on GW! The sculpt itself is very oldskool, it's a pity the back of the model is totally uninteresting, I tried to make something nice of it. The back features a handpainted "I" (stands for Inquisition ofcourse) with little gems painted in it. "E.M.T." stands for "Ecclesia Militans et Triumphans" (Contrarevolutionairy Catholic shout: The Church will use force and be triumphant). I am very happy with the NMM and the colourscheme as well.

The base needs working ofcourse, it isn't finished just yet. The completed retinue will be posted in a week or two. The models will be for sale on the ebay, so keep a close eye if you're interested.

As a WIP this is very promising. The 'glow' of the NMM bronze armour is great and the shield is gorgeous. The inner robes could do with some smoother blending and, I'm not sure if it's the mould or not but the robes look very 'rough'. Also, why is the sword handle bent? Apart from these little 'quibbles' this is some great work. :-)

Could need some blending, some parts look unclean. I think you can do better. Ad more water to your colours and this will look smoother.
