I can see my Blood Angels taking one look at this and then crying for help from their Chaplain... Paint this mini up good and you're looking at a 9, paint it great and you'd EASILY see people trying to give you 11/10... Maybe sculpt a bit on the hand there to make the Chain-blade look like it's bursting through in a great big exploding welter of flesh and mutation :D
