For overall neatness and color matching you're doing really well, but I think that you could have gone further with it. What I mean is that the flames are a little dull and flat, but they could be of a bolder progression (i.e. from black through red to yellow and white) to make them stand out; similarly the metals could use more depth (which can be created without NMM). Good, characterful Tzeenchian choices though.
