The green on her helm comes off as too bright, and the inks (I presume?) are adding more contrast than they probably should.
While I'm all in favor of speed painting, that's your Warcaster. She should look intimidating. Add another 20-40 minutes of highlighting / layering and you can get that happy feel.
I'm trying to not sound too negative here but 40 minutes to paint a mini suggests that you were either desparate to get it ready for a game or you don't really care about the standard of your painting. I hope that it was the former. :) Buy looking at the figure it's easy to see that you've learnt the technique of Drybrushing and that you've got a steady enough hand to hit the spots where Flesh is supposed to show. If you can do both of those then it's a small step to increasing your talent to add layering and highlights to your mini's. If you just want the mini's for gaming then why not make them rock the board with the paintjob as well. :) Regards.
