This is a pirate for my Mordheim warband. He is converted from several plastic kits. His sash and haversack are made from green stuff. I also cut out his cod piece and filled it out with green stuff to make his pants look more like pirate slops.

Nice conversion. All the joints are smooth. I think a bit of highlight on the base would help maybe a wood patern to make it look like decking. Not sure about the backpack tho looks too much like a purse (But then again he is a sailor). He could use a couple of Tatoos as well. Nice job
