Greetings from Eastern Front Studio's, we have up the first mini in the third line of the new "Legends Of Lore" series.this particular miniature is made by the veteran sculptor Jim Johnson who we have recently added to the roster of great sculptors to our new endeavor..Odin is scaled 54mm and stands 85 mm bottom of base to top of wings..he is 4 parts main body..arm and spear..cloak and arm raven..all in greens stuff wire and brownstuff based on a design Herman lau and myself constructed.we are currently taking preorders on this new piece he will be $25 and released sometime in late may early june..if you are interested in this fine piece you should contact: sales.us@easternfront-studio.com for further details on shipping and preorder discounts of $5.. ok thanks and enjoy. This miniature reminds me of the feeling I had when I watch John Riggins fumble his last carry or when I saw Dan Marino's age-weakened pass (which should have been a touchdown) intercepted. Jim Johnson is one of the great sculptors of our time, but his vision is weakening and even in a larger scale, this miniature doesn't measure up to his earlier work. Of course, he's still better than most sculptors ever will be.
