This is a Bretonnian Sorceress model being used as an Empire Mage for my army because all the Empire mage models suck. I painted her like White Mage from Final Fantasy.

I think your paintjob is table top. It's clear that you are trying to use some important techniques.
You are probably letting the black base cote show through too much expecially since you have chose such a light colored pallet. Go ahead and paint into the folds on her dress at least one layer to blend them in better. Also your base isn't finished which always counts against you here.
Major ick factor due to what I suspct is black primer. I think she might have once been Bretonian, but due to her hygiene, she was demoted to the peasant class and sent packing for the Empire. Very dirty girl.
