Well, the Mini is... okay... Every part of the model has been considered, you have painted carefully...
Now you should try to use Layers...:)... I see that you already have done it on the Robes, but I assume that the red is not to highlighted...
What kind of brush do you use...?... is it smaller than tha GW Standard one...?...
The Eyes are good, not too big, that makes the facial expression more realistic... good job...:)...
Maybe you could use more thinned Colors... In General it is good to use colors with a consistency slighter higher above Milk...:D...
And... keep on practicing, please don´t get into so called Pro Techniques (like NMM, Bigger Freehands...) until you are sure about your painting skills... Small Steps are good steps...:)...
