I agree. This shouldn't be rated this low. There was an effort made to keep colors in the right place. Look! Even the buttons were done carefully and didn't get onto the yellow on his shirt. The teeth and the eyes were done, and all topped off with a black wash. Give this person some credit! It's better than a 3.4!
