A Knight

This is Reapers "Grey" knight from a series of knights done by Werner Klocke a couple years back. I rushed this paint job just a bit to get it done in time for a game and some of the freehand seems a bit dodgey but I think it turned out ok. He's mounted on a warhammer base. I cut him off his base with a jewlers saw which is one of the best tools you can use for that type of thing.

These are some great colors, and ones that I normally don't see often! The yellow and black split works very well.

Yeah I know what you are talking about with the hammer. I did put some highlights there but the didn't photograph very well wich is odd because the rest of his details came out pretty sharp, perhaps too sharp ;). You can see them on the fig when you look at it but I think I am going to highlight them a bit more. I have to fix the back of his base anyway because I touched it before the clear coat had fully set which was a real bone head move but that will give me the chance to re-paint his hammer handle. Thanks for the comment.

Good solid paint job. I like the way you half toned his tabard, and even the free hand works rather well. the only thing I can see that needs a bit of touch up is the handle on the hammer - it looks flat compaired with the rest of the work you have done here.
