While I agree that the cloak looks nice, I have to agree with BigBoris. It's tabletop quality. The highlights and runes are very clunky, and the staff is flat. If layering is the way you want to go, maybe a few more layers are needed to eliminate that "stop at the border" look (ex. gems on the ghost helm). Also, there's gravel glued to the cloak. I would suggest painting, then basing. That way the base will look complete.
