I have seen this mini in reality and it really suffers from the bad picture. The shading of the skin is really nice, the only major flaw are the claws which lack depth and personally I think a brown/bown shade would fit better with the earthy colorscheme. I also think that the base should be painted, but IMHO these are small details that could be improved in a small amount of time.
You've put some effort into the shading on his skin and also into the base. The big problem now is his horns, claws and teeth. They need to be shaded. For teeth and claws, paint the entire thing a dark brown, then shade to off-white at the tip. For horns, do just the opposite - shade from light to dark. On horns, streaks of your darkest color make a nice finishing touch.
