I think this miniature deserves a higher rating than it is getting, but the picture is letting it down. It looks cleanly painted, although I cant see any highlights on the yellow armour. The face looks well done, and I'm sure I can see some eyes in there if I squint really hard :D There are a few things that are easy to do that would improve it; 1. Base it with something, even if it is just filling in the gaps and covering it in brown flock or sand. 2. Put a banner on your banner stand. 3. Drill out the barrels on the gun. Even without changing the paintjob I think this ould improve your score.
