For a complete unit, these guys are perfect. Of course, individual minis can be painted better, but that is a waste of time for complete units - and it doesn't even make the complete unit look better.
I particularly like that you chose a color scheme, stuck to it but varied it enough to make the minis look different.
The only thing I don't like is the rather loud green of the bases. And you may want to bring the face of the unit leader out a bit more clearly, perhaps with a wash with a darker color. As the only face in the crowd it draws much attention.
