It looks like you did a good job of shading the armor. The face is OK too. The cape and her hair need to be highlighted a bit more. Take the base up a couple of notches and you're on the right track.
I think you perhaps used too many colours. But that's a strictly personal opinion. The red bits look very good, as does the steel armour. Now she needs a good basing treatment.
