For your third mini, this is looking pretty good! I know that my thrid mini wasn't anywhere this neat; you've got the hang of painting tiny things, from the look of it. Keep working at it and you'll do well. For this mini particularly, I would reccommend a wash of Brown Ink (or very thin chocolate brown paint, Vermin Brown from the GW range) on the gold parts of the shield to age it somewhat and give it more depth. The flesh looks really good, but the leather of his tunic could use some highlighting; just run a line of light brown or tan paint along the edges of everything. Have fun!
