IMHO, the pose is so cool, it deserves a nine! Compare it to the other ones on this page and You will understand what I mean. I am off to the shopping centre now to get a new one (sigh...). :-)

I like the blend done on the staff that is incredible, but in this image I lose track of the face.

Nice job here on everything really. I have to say that I like the colours of everything and think that the variation in tone gives the figure the appearance of being more realistic and less like a planned colour scheme, executed exactingly. I really like the face aswell, as despite the delicate colouring, there is more than enough definition for it to be a pleasing conclusion to your journey round the figure. The white beak also looks quite chitinous and hard rather than some which look almost cartoon-like. Really an excellent job (there are too many of these painted gaudily, keep painting like this and you will have one fan at least : )
