The runes on the base are simply lovely! However the white flashes are rather odd. It reminds me of photoshop lense flare a bit or the dreadnought being painted in a snowflake pattern. This would be a 7 or possibly higher for me wihtout those odd white thingies.
Never the less I do still rather like this piece. The white flares are just highly distracting.
