Well done, but that sword is downright nasty. Redo that immediatley. Try a wash of diluted dark green ink on the robes, then a careful highlight on the raised folds of diluted light green. Perhaps a diluted 65% white 35% green?
The white robes definitley should be reconsidered. Make them darker with a flesh wash or something, then use very prominent highlighting- you want the lightest part of the model to be accentuated to compensate for the diversion of the bright green.
Nice and clean, and the gems look lovely. I'm not sure about the green, though - the highlights look a bit chalky, and I think the white of the cloak is quite flat. Overall it looks great, though.
