Interesting way to base a reaper mini. I like it. The phot itself is detracting from the quality of your scores I'm sure. The blue cast is sort of overwhelming. I think everything is painted well...But the staff haft needs some work. Since there are no discernable details on the staff handle, perhaps you should have opted for a look other than gnarled wood. Jade, or marble, somehting smooth would look good I think.
I like the shading/highlights on the red, and the lower parts of the purple but your higher up purple is a bit harsh and could use some more shading or maybe thin the paint more? Hair and gems look nice, but there's too much color in the eyes for my liking... then again it's WAY WAY WAY better than anything i could ever do!
