The feathers are highlighted a little too harsly, it looks like it has jumped from dark brown to light a little too drasticly. Brilliant job on the flask

Awesome job. The red cloak looks great, and that flask on his hip in amazing. The feathers on his hat are missing something, maybe an extra highlight, and the trunk just looks wrong. Seems like it should be more worn, it looks brand new. Also given the checking and weathering on the boards of the warf, I would expect them to have more of a greyish cast.
Overall an excellent mini, I gave him an 8!
