New version of my netherlord
Hi alls, ok, I painted the netherlord a first time last year, was quite happy with the result but I couldn t play with it as it had no wings. I decided to add wings last month, and had to repaint it completly (that was not my attention at the beginnin but a good exercise) OK, so the wings come from the GW bloodthirster, definitively too small but as it is a deamon and deamons are changing...well, that s ok I think!... anyway, I ll paint it again as I ll get bigger wings ;) The target this time was to get a more impressive result, by adding contrast to the reds. I also wanted something more comlex for the sword, more...deamonic... And the challenge was to paint it faster than the first time! And here is the result, only 25 hours this time, 50 the first time. That s in fact 2 weeks of work. The base is a CD with a lot of skulls and so on...as my whole Khornate Army I leave the first version of this one just to alloz you to compare... Tibald
