He's wearing *jodhpurs*! Since when do orks have tailors, let alone English ones? Overall, pretty cool looking, with a sort of biker boss feel to him. Technically, the skin highlights are very well done and the clothing & weapons slightly less so.
Nice skin tones. The grey on his clothes look nice. I would say the eyes need to be highlighted more. It would help make the face the focal point. Nice solid work!!
