Greater Daemon of Slaanesh, Keeper of Secrets
I have been struggling to find a palette for Slaanesh for a while now, but this is the best effort yet. I wanted a very pale skin with subtle hints of colour under the surface. So I used multiple, very diluted glazes. The results are shown in the close-ups, where hopefully you can see some nice shading and highlighting, though very subtle. I am really pleased with the skin, though the glazing agent has caused a sheen to the model. I might be applying a matte varnish, though after reading some horror stories about how it can ruin a figure, I am a bit nervous to do so. Unfortunately, the metallic sword and details have caused a few glare issues on the photos, but you can see the sword work on the rear shot.
