Well hu .... this not a decal , its free hand painting.
For the rest, these are old minis , there are no highlightnings or ink washes , only basic painting. Thks for comment !
Very clean, and nice work on the decal. Put a watered down chestnut ink wash on the gold for more depth. You need to do some more highlighting, but otherwise good job! I like the face too!
