Reasonably good, but a few faults jump out.
The shield has had no shading or highlighting at all and it's flatness harms the model overall. Also, the painting looks rough, as opposed to smooth (!) although I'm not sure how you can improve this since I have similar problems!
The staff also has clearly been washed, and looks "dirty" because of it. A solid gaming mini though and a squad would look great on the tabletop!
