OK, time to learn shading and blending. It looks like you have your brush control down pretty good. The bracelets are gold and the arm is not (first step) Now, mix a little darker blue and paint the areas that are in shade. similar with a lighter blue for the areas in light.
Add a little base work (gravel, grass, etc.) easy with plain old white glue.
