Very basic paint job. I upped the score because you attempted to paint the eyes. Even if you washed the figure afterwards it would have added a little shading.
This piece looks average to me. The pic should be cropped around the subject, though; There's too much wasted space. Also, try various shading techniques to achieve more depth.
