First of all, I would say your color scheme is quite unusual and interesting but very difficult as it has a lot of white and black. Try to put some water into your blue. It seems a bit dirty: you can see some of the brush prints. You'd better use a more liquid paint and pass it more than once. Then, try to be a bit more precise with your white. Black and white have a big problem: it is very difficult to make good highlights with them and you do need them on a mini for it will seem a bit flat without them. I've noticed that you tried some on the cloath but you should make it stronger and have some on the whole mini. Take a look to the articles on coolmini, you may find some good advises about highlights.
